Project Description

The renovation of a 75,000 sf, 81 unit apartment building including: exterior repairs and upgrades, extension of one stair to the roof, infrastructure upgrades, dwelling unit renovations, and the addition of 4 new basement units. New amenity spaces and common area improvements were undertaken including the renovation of the lobby and the addition of a community room, fitness center, and roof deck.
