Project Description

The conversion, renovation, and addition to an existing 36,000 sf office building into a 100 unit apartment building. The entrance lobby was relocated along Brandywine Street. A roof deck amenity space was added. The mechanical penthouse was converted into additional space for dwelling units. The existing parking structure was reconfigured, converting the top level into common amenity spaces. The vertical mullions along Brandywine Street are painted with a vibrant and playful pattern, evoking the image of radio transmissions, hinting at the former use of the building as the WAMU radio station.
