Project Description

The renovation and addition to the headquarters of Loray Group, a general contracting company in Capitol Heights Maryland. A new second story addition provides offices, a meeting room, reception/seating area, open workstations, two single-use bathrooms and a pantry. A new interior egress stair connects to the main entrance and existing warehouse areas at the ground floor. A rear roof deck and exterior stair provides an outdoor amenity and additional egress.
