Project Description

The interior renovation of an existing single-family 2 story + cellar rowhouse located in the Capitol Hill historic district. Renovations included: excavating the cellar floor to provide 8 ft of headroom for a new powder room, office, laundry room, and storage. The work also encompassed the renovation and relocation of the 1st floor kitchen and powder room, and the renovation of the upstairs bathrooms.
