Project Description

The renovation of a 4 story residential apartment building in the Capitol Hill Historic District. All windows were replaced, mechanical systems upgraded and dwelling units reconfigured into co-living suites. Each unit contains multiple private bedrooms that share common kitchen, dining and living spaces. Exterior ramps were added to provide accessible access to the ground level unit and rear patio common space. A new primary entrance door and canopy enhance the facade of the building.
