Project Description

The interior renovation of a 72,000 sf apartment building and its existing 71 dwelling units. 7 additional apartments were added to the cellar level. Common area improvements included the addition of a community room, roof deck, and fitness center. The building is a contributing structure in the Meridian Hill historic district.
