Project Description

A rooftop deck addition to The Sedgewick, an apartment building located within the Dupont Circle Historic District. A new stair extends to the roof to provide the required means of egress. The new deck provides outdoor recreation for the residents to enjoy, offering panoramic views of the city. The interior renovation to all 103 units included the removal of non-bearing walls to improve the flow of the space. The kitchens and bathrooms are upgraded with new fixtures and finishes. New areas for additional storage are added.
